Where is the best place to sell used college textbooks?

So I have 5 used college textbooks that I would love to sell. There are a ton of places out there, but where do you think I'd have the most luck at selling them?

  2. www.abebooks.com is a good site. So is www.alibris.com. both sell textbooks. Check out ebay too... Good luck.
  3. Nearest the College that will require them is usually safest, best, and for the most money. It may not be much as many professors are prolific about the texts they use; this is just a thought.
  4. Try your school's web page. Most school web sites have an on-line bulletin board where students can communicate with each other. Your school may have a school buy back program, or you can try EBay.
  5. Go to bigwords.com and click on sell used books. You put in the ISBN (a 10 digit number on the back of your textbooks) and they find the place that will give you the most money for your used books. If you have any questions, let me know.
